2. Subscription Plans Overview

StudySolutions offers the following subscription tiers:

Basic Plan - Free

Free tier with lifetime usage limits. This plan is not subject to refunds as no payment is required.

Premium Plan - $9.99/month

Monthly subscription with enhanced limits for AI Humanizer, Turnitin checks, and document unlocks. Billed monthly via Stripe.

Premium+ Plan - $19.99/month

Our highest tier with maximum limits and priority processing. Billed monthly via Stripe.

3. Refund Eligibility

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to our Premium and Premium+ plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-day guarantee, you must:

  • Be a first-time subscriber to a paid plan (Premium or Premium+)
  • Request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Not have previously received a refund for StudySolutions services
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Submit your refund request through our official channels

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

  • After 30 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the initial subscription purchase
  • Repeat Refund Requests: Users who have previously received a refund from StudySolutions
  • Terms of Service Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Service Abuse: Evidence of fraudulent activity, abuse of services, or manipulation of our systems
  • Excessive Usage: Accounts that have consumed a substantial portion of their monthly allocation (generally more than 50%)
  • Renewal Charges: Recurring monthly subscription charges after the initial 30-day period
  • Third-Party Issues: Issues caused by third-party services, your internet connection, or your device
  • Change of Mind: Simple change of mind after the 30-day guarantee period has expired

Once your refund request is approved, please allow the following time for processing:

Review Period: 2-3 business days for initial review
Stripe Processing: 5-10 business days for refund to appear
Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank

Note: Total processing time typically ranges from 10-15 business days. International transactions may take longer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Important points to note:

  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect immediately, but you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No Prorated Refunds: Monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle are not eligible for prorated refunds
  • Renewal Prevention: Cancelling prevents future billing cycles; you will not be charged again
  • Reactivation: You can resubscribe at any time, but previous usage history will not be restored

8. Partial Refunds

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion:

  • Extended Service Outages: If our services experience significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours), we may provide prorated credits or partial refunds
  • Technical Issues: Persistent technical problems that prevent you from using the service despite our support team's efforts to resolve them

Partial refund amounts are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period and the nature of the issue.

9. Service Credits

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer service credits in certain situations:

  • Goodwill Credits: Additional usage allowance or subscription extensions as a gesture of goodwill
  • Downgrade Credits: If you downgrade from Premium+ to Premium, any difference may be applied as credit to future billing
  • Promotional Credits: Credits issued as part of promotional campaigns or loyalty programs

Service credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within 12 months of issuance. Credits cannot be combined with other offers or refund requests.

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company.

Important Notice

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant authorities and credit agencies.
